Join us for Mindful Sips, an evening that blends guided mindfulness with a curated tasting of six premium
non-alcoholic wines — two reds, two whites, and two sparkling.
Each pour will be paired with a short meditation to help you experience every sip with deeper awareness,
presence, and joy. Light snacks and water will be provided throughout the evening.
